Scope - Soheil Mosun Limited was contracted to fabricate a portable, plantable North Pole marker sign for Quark Expeditions. The sign will be used as a marker for the exact position of the North Pole during expeditions to the Arctic. The sign fits into a durable flight case when not in use.
Highlights - The sign is 8' tall with the top portion of the sign being 2' wide. The sign is made of three (3) pieces which are collapsible and they mechanically fasten to each other. The sign is made of marine grade alloy 316 stainless steel. Sign top is powder coated yellow with the pole being powder coated gloss black with vinyl striping. The sign features applied vinyl graphics which are durable and replaceable.
