Duration Jul 1986 - Aug 1987
Scope - Soheil Mosun Limited was contracted to fabricate and install the elevator cab interiors for (50) double decker elevator cabs at the prestigious class "A" office tower, Scotia Plaza, located in Toronto's financial district.
Highlights - These cabs feature Cherrywood veneer paneling throughout the interiors with stainless steel reveals. Brass inlays accent the entire cab and exterior doors. On each panel at the top and bottom there is a 1/4" brass plate. All inlaid brass extrusions are 1/4" which wrap contiguously throughout the cab. Transom is stainless steel, alloy 316 XL blend(S) finish. Ceiling is dropped, mirror polished stainless steel and flooring is polished red marble. Hand rails are stainless steel rolled and mounted so that there are no anchors showing. Cove lighting is used to illuminate the interiors without any fixtures showing.
